Discord Bot Terms

Last updated 1 November 2026

The C&P Sim Racing Discord bot brings this site's results, standings, calendar, lap records and series signups into the C&P Sim Racing Discord server. By using the bot, you agree to these terms.

Using the bot

• The bot is a free service for members of the C&P Sim Racing Discord server.
• Please use it as intended and follow the server's rules and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not try to misuse the bot, overload it, or reach parts of it that are meant for league admins.
• League admins may limit or remove access to the bot for anyone who breaks these terms or the server's rules.

Your information

C&P Sim Racing has the right to use the information the bot receives for race purposes. See the Discord Bot Privacy Policy.

Messages from the bot

League admins may use the bot to send you a direct message or a mention about a series you have entered, for example a reminder to read the rules. Race control may also use the bot to play sounds in a voice channel during events.

Removing your information

You can take yourself off a series at any time with /cp withdraw. To have your stored details removed completely, please contact a league admin in the C&P Sim Racing Discord server.

No guarantees

The bot is run by volunteers and provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be online or free of mistakes. The official results are the ones confirmed by league admins.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
